So this is an artwork I created by channeling through a frequency to help you connect with the third energy center. Because the intention was to help you both heal, activate and let go of any beliefs you might be carrying in your solar plexus. It will also activate your DNA to make the chakra stronger and more powerful.
So the third chakra is located in the upper part of your stomach right below your chest. It is the color of yellow and associated with power, courage and daring to take action on your dreams. So when you fully activate this chakra it can bring mastery into those aspects of life. It will also help you transform health issues in that area.
It is not uncommon that people store fear based beliefs in this chakra that has to do with someone or something having power over them. So these fears will dampen the energy flow and make the chakra weaker. One of the bravest things you can do in your life is to take action on your dreams. Because this will help you activate this chakra and over time let go of more and more belief systems. I invite you to do the meditation above for working on this energy center. Have the screen pointing towards you about 30 cm (11,8 inches) away from your body.
