The throat chakra artwork
So this is an artwork I created to help you master this chakra point. Because the intention is for it to heal and activate this energy center to make it stronger. It will also activate your DNA to program into you a powerful and open throat.
So this energy center is light blue in color and has to do with speaking your truth. This includes to stand up in this world and show that your voice and your opinions maters. If we are holding ourselves back from speaking when necessary, it can create resistance in this chakra. This is because we are buying into fears that we store in the energy center of our throat. This also happens when people hold themselves back from singing.
So if you want to dive deeper into working with this chakra, then I invite you to do the meditation above. Have the screen point towards you about 30 cm (11,8 inches) away from your body. Because this will allow the energy to beam right at you. I would suggest you do this as you are going to bed at night.
